Return Policy

PLANTS REFUND POLICY
I do my best to pack each plant with care and cushion to ensure the plant arrives healthy.  Packages are insured up to $100. However, I am unable to give refunds and am not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages in transport, and any shipping related issues once shipped. Please note that yellowing / loss of a leaf is NORMAL after shipping and adapting to a new environment. The plant will recover with your proper care and time. If you are unhappy with your order please notify me within 24 hours after the package has been marked delivered on the USPS Tracking and provide photos of the plant / condition of the box it came in. I will work with you to provide a solution. Unboxing video MANDATORY for for full refund.

The Perfect Stackable, The Adventurous Soul, Fall 2021, & The Original Collections are covered under "guaranteed to last through your most epic adventures or I will replace it for free."
I stand behind these necklaces and want you to get the most out of your purchase! Sometimes there can be mistakes as I am just one person wearing all the hats in this operation. Let me make it up to you by sending you another one for free :)

All other jewelry - *1 Year Warranty* I am unable to offer a lifetime warranty on these since they are not made to withstand the most epic adventures, but please contact me if there is an issue and I am happy to work with you and replace it within the 1st year of purchase.
